Heart hurt is something that is difficult to anticipate and is a natural effect of not being able to control feelings. If not managed or controlled properly, liver injury can affect health and turn into physical injury.

The appearance of heartache can be interpreted as a sign of sincerity in something that someone has or lives on. Heart wounds can form when someone loved one leaves, loses a family member for good, divorce, unrequited love, fails to do something, or other problems in life.

Even though it is invisible and is a non-physical occurrence, it does not mean that heart injury has no effect on a person's body. Here are some of the negative effects of physical injury that may arise:

Chest pain

Liver injury can have various negative effects on health, including chest pain. Research has shown that the area of the brain responsible for feeling heart-related sensations is the same as the area that processes feelings of illness.

 When the liver is injured, the body's nervous system can react to the emotional stress, leading to discomfort and chest pain. In some cases, liver injury may even cause symptoms similar to a heart attack, a condition known as broken heart syndrome.

Depression and anxiety

Adverse effects that may arise related to liver injury include decreased motivation, weight gain or weight loss, the desire to overeat or lack of appetite, headaches, stomach pain, or a general decline in health conditions.

These feelings also often lead to depression, anxiety, and withdrawal from family or friends. These are the emotional reactions that usually arise when someone's heart is hurt. It is these emotional feelings that may lead to continuing psychological problems such as the idea of  ending life.

Overcoming Heart Wounds to Get Away Quickly

Often liver injuries can only get better with time. However, some of the ways below can be done to get rid of or at least reduce the liver injury that arises from a broken heart.

Expressing it through writing can make heart wounds heal.

It may help to share stories and confide in others. Filter their suggestions with the intention of determining the one that best fits the situation at hand.

Avoid music that reminds you of problems you experienced or memories from the past if it makes your heart hurt again. Get rid of anything or anything that might remind you of it. Try to organize the room by moving the furniture or giving it a touch of bright colors.

Try to meditate for at least 15 minutes. Relaxation and meditation allow the parasympathetic nervous system to become active by regulating the sympathetic nervous system, which calms the brain and reduces discomfort.

Take a friend or relative out for a walk or watch a movie. Apart from being entertaining, this method can also be used as a means to soothe heart wounds.

Eating foods that contain serotonin levels may be necessary when liver injury occurs. High levels of serotonim in the body can help us feel happier. Intakes with serotonim levels include pineapple, tofu, milk, yogurt, cheese, nuts, salmon and eggs. Apart from food, serotonin can also be triggered by exercise and meditation.

Staying active in positive activities, maintaining a healthy diet, and getting along with the environment will help minimize the health risks of a broken heart.

Removing the hurt from one's feelings takes a long time. To speed up the bad times, it's best to refrain from reconnecting with the person who caused the bad feelings. Apart from avoiding being in the real world, do the same thing in cyberspace.
